This is a cosy, well‐set‐up and very comfortable flat to live in. The main bedroom is bright and spacious, there’s a fully furnished office for two, and the living room gets great light all year round throughout the day.
You’ve got individual A/C and heating (that is needed in the winter), an electronic lock, electric shutters, a Smart TV, washing machine, and dishwasher — all the essentials to make life simple.
The main bedroom is bright and has plenty of storage space for you. The are different pillows (memory foam ones too) as size preference is very particular for everyone. The bed is 150x190 and the mattress is very comfortable.
The office is perfect for two people working remotely: fast WiFi, comfy chairs, big desks, two monitors (24" and 19" with HDMI/VGA), keyboards, mice, and plenty of stationery and supplies. Basically, you can just sit down and get to work.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s an osmosis water filter to improve the taste of the tap water (Valencia’s water is safe to drink but, the taste is horrible). You’ll find loads of appliances: kettle, toaster, blender, mini‐blender, osterizer, sandwich maker, yogurt maker, Italian coffee maker, plus spices and all the utensils you might need.
The neighbourhood is perfect if you want to experience real local life in Valencia. It’s a short walk from the old town but still in a lively, authentic, and safe area.
The flat is on the fourth floor WITH an elevator, in a quiet building with a concierge. It faces the inner courtyard rather than the main street, so there’s zero traffic noise.

- I take a €300 ******** that is not handled through Misterb&b. Hence, if you book, I will be requesting it separately upon check‐in via bank transfer. Obviously, I will refund it in full, within 5 days, as long as everything is left in good shape.
- A rental agreement will also be signed before check-in. This is a mandatory requirement when renting accommodation in Valencia. Terms & Conditions of the agreement will the be same as those listed on Misterb&b.
- A fortnightly cleaning service can be included (I will cover the cost), but the flat should still be kept tidy and well‐maintained day‐to‐day.
