CASA DELL'AMORE - THE COZY ROOM (Please read this in it's entirety before booking)

Welcome to Casa dell'Amore, a "Clothing-Optional" home share bed and breakfast in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, overlooking a nature preserve. This adults-only (25+) retreat offers two private guest rooms, (both listed separately), delivering a home away from home experience with personalized hospitality, a delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Casa dell’Amore is a clothing-optional, home share and spa retreat where you can enjoy natural freedom. Relax and reconnect in a peaceful setting, and enjoy a complimentary massage and genuine hospitality.

We’re truly excited to welcome you into our home! Please note that we have a minimum 2-night stay requirement. As full-time home share hosts, we live on-site and offer a classic bed & breakfast experience (this is not a whole-house rental). The Cozy Room has its own private bathroom, so you’ll have your own personal sanctuary while sharing the common areas with us and, at most, one other guest or couple. We genuinely enjoy meeting people and making new friends—our favorite part of hosting! We look forward to making your stay warm, comfortable, and memorable. Welcome!

We are warm, open-minded, sociable hosts who enjoy connecting with our guests over wine, relaxed evening conversations, and shared moments on the front patio, poolside on the back veranda or enjoying a wonderful evening, under the stars, in the hot tub. That being said, your comfort and privacy are important to us. If you prefer a quiet, independent stay, alone time, or simply a more low-key experience, please just let us know— we will happily respect your boundaries and give you all the space you need without any intrusion.

A complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival—let us know your favorite varietal at least the day prior to your arrival. On the evening of your arrival day, enjoy Jim's famous homemade Crème Brûlée (torched sugar topping, fresh fruit, and whipped cream).

Forgot toiletries? We likely have extras (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, deodorant, etc.)—just ask!

SPA ROOM EXPERIENCE Our private spa room is a space designed for complete relaxation. The room features two massage tables, fresh linens and towels, an essential oil diffuser, massage oils, and a selection of Bath & Body Works body lotions for both men and women. There is also streaming spa music.

Private Individual Massage – A personalized massage from your host, Jim.

Four-Hand Massage (Jim & Patty) – A synchronized treatment available for single travelers.

Couples Massage (Jim & Patty) – Treat yourselves to a couples massage and enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. It’s a great way to unwind, refresh, and share some quality time.

The swimming pool and large spa (hot tub) overlook hillside views of the nature reserve. The spa has an infinity-edge design and fountain features; the pool features a full-length faux infinity edge—both open year-round. 6' extendable privacy screens on either side for daytime use. Propane fire pit (seats 4) Spa-side seating for 2 Lower-level lounge: sofa, dining table/chairs, gas grill 2 poolside love seat sofas with seating for 4 with coffee table.

We are Jim and Patty, retired hosts with three sweet, small dogs (Nellie, Chloe, and Daisy)— 2 are playful, 1 shy, and people-loving.
