Unauthorized parties, celebrations, or gatherings are prohibited, and are subject to $2,500 service fee for unauthorized gatherings. • Registered Guests Only – To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, access to the property is limited to guests included on the reservation. If your plans change and you’d like to add a guest or invite visitors, please contact us in advance so we can confirm occupancy limits and building policies. Unauthorized guests may result in additional fees or reservation violations under third-party booking platform rules.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM – As a courtesy to fellow guests, neighbors, and residents of this historic building, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. Please avoid loud conversations, music, television volume, slamming doors, and excessive noise in hallways, stairwells, entryways, and outdoor areas. Guests arriving late or departing early should do so respectfully and be mindful that sound may travel between units. Repeated noise complaints may result in reservation violations under third-party booking platform policies.
• No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – To maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, or any similar products are strictly prohibited inside the property, including near open windows and common indoor areas. Smoke and odors can linger long after a stay and may impact future guests, trigger allergies, and require specialized cleaning. Guests found smoking or vaping indoors may be subject to additional cleaning, deodorization, damage, or loss-of-revenue charges and may be in violation of the terms of their reservation and applicable booking platform policies.
• Keep Exterior Doors Closed and Locked – For the safety of our guests and the security of the building, please ensure all exterior doors are fully closed and securely locked when entering or leaving the property. Do not prop open entry doors, allow access to unknown individuals, or share access codes with anyone not included on your reservation. Historic multi-unit buildings rely on guests helping maintain a secure environment for everyone. If you notice a door, lock, or access system that is not functioning properly, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
• Building Courtesy – Please avoid leaving personal belongings, trash, food deliveries, or luggage in hallways, stairwells, or shared spaces. These areas serve multiple residents and must remain clear at all times
