This beautifully renovated guest suite features two spacious bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a private entrance, and ample off-street parking. The suite overlooks our stunning saltwater pool and lush backyard oasis, creating a true resort-like atmosphere. Each bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, spacious closet, ceiling fan, central air conditioning, and wall-mounted smart TV.
The highlight of the property is the expansive outdoor living area, designed for relaxation and entertaining. Guests enjoy direct access to the pool, large sun deck, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, gas grill, sink, Bluetooth speakers and two dining areas. For guests seeking a more liberating resort-style experience, the pool and backyard area are clothing optional.
Conveniently located just a short Uber ride from Tampa/Ybor City's LGBTQ+ nightlife and entertainment district, approximately 30 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, and about 35 minutes from some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.
The backyard offers exceptional privacy with a lush rainforest-like setting bordering a peaceful creek. Guests can also enjoy views of our private aviary featuring a variety of exotic birds. Our friendly pugs and French Bulldog may occasionally be seen in the side yard, while our cats are kept completely separate from the guest space and are not permitted in the rental area.
