• A reasonable noise level must be maintained at all times.
• Loud noises, loud music, parties, or gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted, especially during the evening hours.
• After 10:00 PM, a quiet and respectful atmosphere is required.
3. Cleanliness and Common Areas
• Each person is responsible for keeping their room clean and cleaning up after using the common areas.
• The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and other shared areas must be left clean after use.
• Dishes, trash, or personal belongings must not be left piled up in the common areas.
4. Visitors
• Visitors are permitted as long as they are respectful and do not disturb the peace of the house; overnight stays are not allowed.
• Frequent visitors or guests staying for extended periods must be reported in advance. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
