Welcome to your peaceful home away from home! I am offering a lovely, furnished double room in my welcoming house in Rutherglen, Glasgow, on an ad-hoc basis-perfect for weekday or weekend trippers, solo travelers, couples, or temporary professionals looking for an inclusive, LGBT-friendly stay.
Your Room: Features a comfortable double bed with comfy mattress, built-in window blinds for a good night's sleep, warm ambient lighting, and subtle queer-positive artwork to make you feel instantly at home.
Shared Amenities: You will have shared access to a clean, modern bathroom and the kitchen facilities during your stay. Unfortunately use of the garden isn't permitted - sorry. However there's a beautiful park just a five minute walk away!
The Location & Transport
The house is perfectly positioned to give you the best of quiet local charm and easy access to City Centre and West End. Free street parking.
Easy City Access: Super fast transport links straight into Glasgow City Centre (7mins on train) and West End (13 mins on train).Perfect for exploring the city's famous nightlife, shopping, and museums. Park, shops & supermarket all available within short walk.
Excellent Transport Links: Just a short walk to local bus routes and train stations, making navigating the area completely stress-free.
Local Greenspace: The beautiful, historic Overtoun Park is just a stone's throw away-ideal for a morning stroll/run, or an afternoon coffee in the fresh air.
