The studio has its own private entrance, a full kitchen, a modern bathroom with rain shower, an in-unit washer and dryer, a King Murphy bed with premium mattress, a premium sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and a bright sunroom coffee nook.
Guests can relax in the shared backyard, featuring an inflatable hot tub with warm bubbling water but no massage jets, along with a fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. The studio is located in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood near waterfront parks, local restaurants, the Blue Line, Logan Airport, and downtown Boston.
The host lives on the property above the studio and is available when needed while respecting guests’ privacy and independence.

We are an LGBTQ+ welcoming family of four with two cats, and we live upstairs. We are always happy to recommend LGBTQ+ venues, events and welcoming places to explore around Boston. Our family and guests both enjoy the outdoor areas, but we make an effort to use them at different times so that you can relax and have privacy. Some outdoor amenities may also be available to guests staying in our other accommodation, and private hot-tub time can be reserved in advance. We simply ask everyone to be thoughtful about noise, especially later in the evening, and to take good care of the studio and outdoor spaces. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, welcome and at home during your stay.
