🏡 Room in an apartment in downtown Lisbon A 3-bedroom apartment, very well located in downtown Lisbon, just a few minutes from two metro stations. Currently, the apartment is occupied by two residents, and we also have two pet dogs. Therefore, we’re looking for someone who enjoys a quiet, organized, and respectful environment. 🐶 About the dogs We have two dogs in the apartment. If you have allergies or don’t feel comfortable around animals, this might not be the best fit for you. 🏠 House Rules To ensure a harmonious living environment with the residents and neighbors, we ask that you: • Be a discreet, respectful, and quiet person. • Limit visitors to daytime hours and keep visits short. • Parties or after-parties are not allowed in the apartment. • After 9:30 p.m., we ask for quiet and the utmost respect for our neighbors’ rest. • Loud music, speaking too loudly on the phone, or any behavior that might disturb the neighborhood is not permitted. • Smoking is not allowed inside the bedroom. The bedroom has a balcony that can be used for smoking, provided you keep it clean and show respect for the neighbors. • It is strictly prohibited to throw ashes or cigarette butts into the yard of the neighbor on the floor below. • The apartment is located in a predominantly residential building with many elderly residents, so we place special value on quiet and peace. We’re looking for someone who wants to enjoy a stay in a peaceful, clean, and respectful environment, where everyone can have privacy and get along well. 🏡✨
