•This modern apartment which is south facing, sunny, is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It is a spacious rental that is fully equipped. This room it's an en-suite bedroom (with a private bathroom). There is another large shared bathroom and kitchen area (washing machine, microwave, gas stove and a fridge). Free cable TV and Wifi internet are available. •Located in Lisbon City Center, this safe and quiet neighborhood is close to the Praça do Chile / Avenida Almirante Reis. The nearest metro station ‘Arroios (Green Line)’ is a 1 minute walk away. •Immediately outside the apartment you will find a wide variety of restaurants, these include: Portuguese, Brazilian, Nepalese, Seafood, Chinese, and Vegetarian. If you are interested in doing some shopping the ‘Avenida Almirante Reis’ located beside the rental offers some shopping in Lisbon. •The beautiful park "Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques" is located nearby if you decide to relax in the sun after a day of site seeing. •The room for rental has plenty of space, built-in wardrobe storage, a TV, and a table for your PC or to study. •Clean linen and towels are provided. •The rental price (for 1 person) includes the cost of water, electricity, gas, TV and internet. •Air Conditioning for your room is an extra 6 euros per night. •Please note: You will be supplied with a Metro network card and a mobile phone card. The phone card will contain my cell number and a contact number for taxi or emergency services. It is the guest’s responsibility to fill the cards with credit. Anything else you can ask for!
