Welcome to our Palm Springs home. We want you to relax, have fun and enjoy everything the home and community have to offer. This is a newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished property, and we simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the unit. Please smoke only in permitted outdoor areas and dispose of everything properly. Please be respectful of the furnishings, bedding, towels and finishes throughout the home. Products that can permanently stain or damage fabrics and furniture, including tanning oils, self-tanners, lubricants and similar products, should be used with care and kept away from upholstered furniture, bedding and towels. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning, staining or damage beyond normal use. This home is intended for the enjoyment of registered guests only. No parties, events, large gatherings or sex parties are permitted. Please do not invite additional unregistered guests to the property without prior approval. Mesquite Country Club is a residential community, and our neighbors’ comfort and privacy are important. Guests must observe all community CC&Rs and rules, including pool and spa rules, parking requirements and designated quiet hours. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Please be especially mindful of noise when using the patio or other outdoor areas. Sound carries easily in the desert, particularly in the evening. The pools, spas and common areas are shared with our neighbors. Please treat these spaces respectfully, follow posted rules and leave them as you found them. Most importantly, enjoy yourself. Palm Springs is about sunshine, relaxation and having a great time. We want you to feel completely at home here. We simply ask that you respect the property, our neighbors and the community. This is a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Palm Springs, not a party house. Guests who cannot follow these rules may be asked to leave, and guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
