A comfortable, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location, just a stone’s throw from all public transportation (trains, airport shuttles, buses): arrive with ease, drop off your things, and set out on foot to explore Florence!

A practical, comfortable, and cozy 40-square-meter one-bedroom apartment with modern furnishings, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation in Florence, one of the world’s most important cities of art. Ideal for one or two couples, a small group of friends (3–4 people), or a family.

Located on the ground floor of an elegant, newly restored building, the apartment consists of a spacious entryway with a large built-in closet, a kitchen-dining area, a bathroom with a window, and a spacious room that serves as both a bedroom and a living room.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning (including a heat pump), a gas stove, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine (with a convenient quick-wash cycle for emergencies!), a toaster, a kettle, a 32-inch TV, and books... Free Wi-Fi is available. Every room has double-glazed windows, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including basic condiments (oil, salt, spices, sugar...) and some beverage mixes (coffee, tea...). We also provide dish soap, a sponge, dish towels, tablecloths, pot holders... you’ll have everything you need! The bedroom/living room features a wall unit with bookshelves, spacious drawers for storing your belongings, a TV stand, a double loft bed (140x200 cm), and a comfortable double sofa bed (140x200 cm). It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The recently renovated bathroom has a window, a shower stall (75x58 cm), a heated towel rack, a washing machine, and everything you’ll need for your stay: a hair dryer and a bathroom kit (soap, body wash, shampoo). You can store your clothes in the large built-in closet and make use of everything you’ll need, which will be entirely at your disposal: bed linens, towels, an ironing set, a clothesline, and a vacuum cleaner.

IMPORTANT: If you’re traveling as a couple (or alone), we’ll set up the loft bed for you, but if you’d prefer to sleep on the sofa bed, please let us know before your arrival. Also, if there are two of you and you need to sleep separately—using both the loft bed and the sofa bed—there’s a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance if this is the case.
