Welcome to my cozy Brooklyn apartment, located right between Crown Heights and Prospect Heights. I’m offering the private bedroom in my 1BR/1BA place apartment. It’s a comfortable, relaxed space that’s perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a more personal NYC stay.
The apartment is seconds away from Franklin Ave, with easy access to the 2, 3, 4, 5 and S trains, making it simple to get to Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg and the rest of the city.
You’ll also be within walking distance of Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, restaurants, cafés, bars and plenty of great neighborhood spots, biking routes, I’m a friendly, easygoing queer host and love meeting people from different places, while also giving guests plenty of privacy and space to do their own thing. I want the apartment to feel less like a hotel and more like having a comfortable home base in Brooklyn.
