Central Apartment with a Terrace

Loft-style apartment with a terrace, featuring two distinct areas and sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people. The bedroom area has a large double bed (1.50 m), and the living room has a sofa bed (1.35 m) that sleeps two people. Both spaces are comfortable and designed to perfectly accommodate both couples and groups of up to four people.

It’s right in the heart of Madrid, between Plaza de España and Conde Duque, just a few minutes’ walk from Gran Vía. The Noviciado metro station is 2 minutes away, Plaza de España is 5 minutes away, and Callao is about 10 minutes away.

This is my primary residence, not an apartment intended solely for rent, so you’ll find my books, records, photographs, plants, and personal belongings here. I rent it out only when I’m away, and it’s important to me that whoever stays here understands this and treats it with care as what it is: my home.

It has a very spacious bathroom with a large shower and an east-facing terrace overlooking the rooftops of Madrid—probably my favorite part of the house.

Important: It’s on the fourth floor with no elevator. Having breakfast while watching the sunrise over the rooftops of Madrid comes at a small price :)
