This simple 1960s summer home is located on a wooded lot on the edge of a forest. Les Bourdaines Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The shops in Seignosse Océan are the same distance away. Les Casernes, the gay and naturist beach, is a 15-minute bike ride away.
This property features three bedrooms (two with twin beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a large living/dining room that opens onto a 50-square-meter terrace. You can rent one or two of the three bedrooms while I’m there. Parking for two cars on the property. Free access to the condominium’s tennis courts.
