Casa Serena Vallarta is a spacious, quiet home full of character, located in the residential area of Marina Vallarta. In this listing, you’ll enjoy a private room on the ground floor, featuring a king-size bed and a full bathroom for your exclusive use—ideal for one or two people seeking comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

The room retains the house’s warm Mexican style, featuring wooden furniture, clay floors, and handcrafted details. It includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a closet, and storage space, as well as plenty of natural light.

The bathroom is attached to the room and is for the exclusive use of guests; it is not shared with anyone else.

During your stay, you’ll also have access to Casa Serena’s common areas: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and the property’s private pool. These areas may be shared with me and, if the other available room is occupied, with its guests. The goal is always to maintain a peaceful, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere.

One of our favorite spaces is the terrace with a pool, surrounded by greenery, where you can relax, sunbathe, eat outdoors, or cool off after a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Serena is located in a residential area of Marina Vallarta, away from the hustle and bustle of the Romantic Zone. Here, you can head out to enjoy Vallarta’s beaches, restaurants, bars, and vibrant atmosphere, and then return to a serene space to rest. The Marina’s restaurant district and the beach are about an 800-meter walk away, and just a few blocks away you’ll find a supermarket, banks, and various services.
