Casa Serena is located in Marina Vallarta, a quiet and pleasant residential area, ideal for relaxing without giving up the chance to enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Puerto Vallarta Marina, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, as well as supermarkets, banks, gyms, and other services. The beach and the Marina’s restaurant district are about an 800-meter walk away.

Some of my must-see spots in the area:

🌅 Watch the sunset from the Marina Vallarta Lighthouse. Head up to the restaurant at the top of the lighthouse and take in the panoramic view of the bay as the sun sets—it’s a wonderful way to start the evening.

⛵ Take a leisurely stroll along the Marina’s boardwalk. Strolling among yachts and sailboats, stopping for coffee, dinner, or a drink, and enjoying the atmosphere as the day draws to a close is one of the pleasures of staying in this area.

🎨 Visit the Marina Vallarta Art & Market when it’s in season. On Thursday nights, the boardwalk fills with art, crafts, food, and local products, creating a very pleasant atmosphere for strolling.

🏖 Take a walk to the beach. The ocean is about 800 meters from Casa Serena, so it’s very easy to slip away to the beach for a while and then return to enjoy the pool and the tranquility of the house.

🏳‍🌈 Explore the Romantic Zone. For those who want to experience Puerto Vallarta’s LGBTQ+ scene, this is where many of the city’s LGBTQ+ bars, restaurants, clubs, and venues are concentrated. Casa Serena isn’t located within this area—which allows you to enjoy a much quieter residential atmosphere—but it’s easy to get there by taxi, Uber, or local public transportation.
