It's in a wonderful inner city community of Kensington. Walking distance to Restaurants. From, Italian, French, Mexican, Japanese, Organic Market and much more. Also access to all Freeways, San Diego key attractions and Airport.

No parties, extra guest at additional cost. No use of Kitchen facilities except to store food. No eating in the room. There are original hardwood floors throughout. Please remove shoes. And no roller bags across the Hardwood flooring. We maintain a clean and tidy home. You are welcome to use our Piazza or other outside areas. Use of washer and dryer at additional cost.
Early Check In and later Check Out may be available at times. For a additional $10 per hour. For stays longer than 7 nights a additional cleaning fee (fractional) for each night.
