It's in a wonderful inner city community of Kensington. Walking distance to Restaurants. From, Italian, French, Mexican, Japanese, Organic Market and much more. Also access to all Freeways, San Diego key attractions and Airport.

No parties, extra guest at additional cost. No use of Kitchen facilities except to store food. No eating in the room. There are original hardwood floors throughout. Please remove shoes. And no roller bags across the Hardwood flooring. We maintain a clean and tidy home. You are welcome to use our Piazza or other outside areas. Use of washer and dryer at additional cost. Early Check In and later Check Out may be available at times. For a additional $10 per hour. For stays longer than 7 nights a additional cleaning fee (fractional) for each night.

Great place to relax, outdoor patio is beautiful. Super cute dog, friendly and helpful hosts. Kensington is a quiet neighborhood, parking is super easy!

Juan and Pietro were attentive hosts. I felt welcomed by them. They offered a mineral water and small snack on my arrival. Their place is comfortable with a lovely garden patio.

After my travel plans changed at the last minute, I felt very fortunate to happen upon such a kind couple with such a lovely household for my very first Mister B&B experience. Instant Booking also helped calm my stressed travel nerves. Although I'm not a dog person, Peter and Juan's two dogs are so sweet and non-intruding that you can't help but love them. I really enjoyed my stay in a quiet home outside of the busy neighborhood center and would recommend them to my friends. Thanks so much guys, for helping make my stay in SD memorable and fun.
