I'm a friendly Professional Consultant with a Spacious 1400sqft Designer 3-Bedroom Apartment over at :Block 221, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1.
I've a Furnished, Deluxe Bedroom, with UTILITIES, WiFi, DIY BREAKFAST, BATH ESSENTIALS Included.

Bedroom Fully-furnished with:
1) SEALY-King Size Bed with Posturepedic Mattress, 4 Pillows,
2) Built-in Wardrobe with 2 Drawers with locks, plus Extra Storage Shelving above, if you have lots of luggage,
3) Writing table with lamp, High-back chair,
4) Air-conditioner, Fan,
5) 1Gbps-Fiber Broadband-WiFi
6) Full Length Mirror, Hair-Dryer,
7) Good Quality Bath Towels, Shower Gel, Shampoo.
8) EZ-Link Stored Value transport card just top up and use.
9) Bedroom Door with Lock for security and privacy,
10) You will be issued a set of main door keys, to come and go as you please,
11) Visitors allowed, but please be responsible and
not let total strangers in for our safety.
Please discuss couple stay rates if needed.

The room doesn't have an en-suite, but a nice clean and bright Private Bathroom for your use.
The Bathroom has WET and DRY Areas, please use it accordingly, Thanks.

A good DIY Breakfast is inclusive. (Ham, Cheese, Bread, Cereal, Butter, Jam, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Milo, Juice)

You'll have use of the:
Washing Machine,(Detergent, Fabric Conditioner provided), Clothes Dryer, Ironing Board, Steam Iron, Microwave, Kettle, Refrigerator. Living and Dining room, you don't have to be cooped up in the bedroom all day, this is a Homestay after all, so make yourself at home but do keep it tidy please.

Located opposite Bishan Park about 15mins walk to the Central Nature Reserve and Reservoir. There are 24hr Supermarkets, bakery, GP Clinic, professional dry-cleaners, local hawker food center, 24hr Fast Food nearby, you'll never go hungry here.

My Home is located at the Middle of the island, and takes half an hour to most places.

It takes just 8 minutes by feeder bus number 262 to reach the Ang Mo Kio-MRT Station-NS-16 ( RED line) or
bus number 13, 71 and 88 to reach Bishan-MRT Station -NS-17( Circle Line).
You will be well connected to all areas.
About 25 mins to the airport by cab.
There are direct bus services to many areas from here too .
Just 10 minutes to get to Orchard Road by cab.
On a nice sunny day most of my guests prefer to just enjoy a 15 minutes walk to the MRT Station, however, I prefer the aircon bus!

The room is mainly suitable for, Male Professional Interns / Working Professional Adults and Couples.
I would prefer someone like-minded, considerate, reasonably tidy and responsible who speaks English, I'm up for a chat anytime or beer, movie, just to relax.
