The unit situated in Malate which is the center of commerce and tourism. Nightlife: Bars/Pub are popular in the area. Open at 5 pm - 2 am. For LGBTQ+ community recommended place to hang out are: Chelu Bar (6-9 minutes by public transport) The Library Malate (10 minutes by public transport) JEFZ Café (7 minutes)

Neighborhood overview: The unit situated in Malate which is the center of commerce and tourism. The most unique in this location is the historic stadium wherein the Asian games as well the Beatles concert were held before and this was recently renovated in preparation of FIFA World Cup. The closest supermarket is SM Harrison is short distance walk. High end mall like MOA and arena is about 2.5 miles away from the Residences. Landmark: Rizal Park (1.8 miles), Intramuros (2.3 miles), Manila Zoo and botanical garden (0.4 miles), Folk Art (0.7 miles), Aliw theater (0.8 miles). Cinemas, golf course, bay walk, Urban park and amusement center just a few miles in the flat. The building surrounded by university. De La Salle University, UP Manila, and College of St. Benilde. Historical churches close-by. Hospitals like PGH, Manila Doctors.

Dining: Local dishes and International cuisine that is affordable can be found around the corner and they serve fresh and hot. Coffee shops like Starbucks; 7-11, McDonald's, KFC, Jollibee and 24 hours convenience store nearby.

Most bank, ABM and money changer situated across the street.

Other things to note: Treat the unit as your home. Feel comfortable and enjoy the place. Your safety is our concern. The building comes w/ CCTV and 24 / 7 security. Friendly neighborhood. One stop shop all around the corner (dining, shopping, banking, money changer, cinemas) Transportation are very accessible. Manila is your gateway of pristine beaches of Boracay and wonders of Palawan.

Always message your legit host or caretaker. Approved authorization letter is REQUIRED to gain access in the the residences. Please message your host for instruction. Space ACCESS: We are requiring all guest to submit the ff: 1. Authorization form 2. guest/s valid ID and 3. proof of vaccination(optional). The process of submission of ID and other documents will be prior of the guest arrival. Only registered guest can access to the unit, and free to avail the amenities like the club house, pool, study hall and gym. *** Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed. Guest/s may accept visitor but for only a short period of time. Please take good care of our appliances and other items if there is damage or missing it will charge to your ********. If the guest brings its appliances are NOT allowed in the unit and are subject to approval. For 15 day stay or more if the Electric consumption exceeds 500 kilowatts equivalent to 5,000 pesos the guests will be charge.

Great place. Yong, the caretaker Rikki and the Vista Taft Residence reception staff were super for communication and help. The condo is well situated in a lively area with lots of conveniences, shops and restaurants. Very close to the harbour. I had a great vacation. Only thing to work on is the shower water heater, and a little more free space for luggage storage. Thanks. Overall 4 1/2 stars! Ed

need just a map, with trains and bus, to visit the city otherwise, if i understand that, security control is too much here full unusual for me and in france really too much

Hi Andre. Thank you for staying in our place your such a wonderful guest and I have no issues communicating with you. You left our place clean and organized. On the other hand our place the Security control is strengthened for the safety of everyone especially tenant and guest who lives there. Living in Manila is different from Europe especially Paris I hope you understand that.

Yong was incredible. Sadly we never got to meet but the communication and attention to detail was excellent with a great sense of humour and patience with my doziness. The apartment was superb and modern in a hotel in excellent location. It was clean and had everything you need. Jeff, Yongs colleague, was also fantastic. Totally trustworthy and supportive in an incredibly busy and quite tough city. Couldn't recommend highly enough and thank you x
