3. proof of vaccination(optional).
The process of submission of ID and other documents will be prior of the guest arrival. Only registered guest can access to the unit, and free to avail the amenities like the club house and hanging bridge.
Registration to Baguio is REQUIRED for Tourism purposes. Please log in to Baguio Visita website. To get your '"QTP pass" (Homestay/Tourism Accredited Establishment) and choose your AE: Yong's Condo Unit Rental.
*** Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
Guest/s may accept visitor but for only a short period of time.
Please take good care of our appliances and other items if there is damage or missing it will charge to your ********. If the guest brings its appliances are NOT allowed in the unit and are subject to approval.
For 15 day stay or more if the Electric consumption exceeds 500 kilowatts equivalent to 5,000 pesos the guests will be charge.
