The building is in the Marina Walk close to a 5star hotel with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The apartment has a full marina view, partial sea view and a nice view of Dubai's Marina skyline. Access to swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Also there is access a to a gym and pool room.

The apartment is 7mins walk from tram and metro stations. Easy access to Sheikh Zayed road

It was a pleasure to stay at Yiannis' apartment. Even though he was very busy with travel and work schedules, he arranged to welcome me the evening I arrived and was very helpful with my arrival. Yiannis is also good company and I enjoyed chatting on the evening I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable with all facilities available. The location is also excellent. I would like to stay again when I visit Dubai next time.
