Between Bordeaux, the Bassin d'Arcachon and Les Landes, 3 pretty houses, 2 of them in wood, classified 4**** by the Gironde departmental tourism committee, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the forest and 200 meters from the river for fishing and canoeing. Alongside our horses and goats, we'll help you enjoy our beautiful region by advising you on the best ******** houses are located on a road at the edge of the forest, in a small rural area. In season, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful walks along the Riviere, and maybe find some ceps or girolles for your omelette......You're also very close to the Arcachon Basin and its excellent oysters (30min approx.)Bordeaux and its vineyards (40min approx.) don't hesitate to ask us for more information.....If you're in the mood for fishing or swimming, there's Lac d'Hostens (12 min. approx.) and Lac de Biscarrosse (25 min. approx.). For your shopping and errands, there's a supermarket with a filling station in our village, as well as all the local shops.... Also, in Biganos (15 min. approx.) you'll find a large shopping center and boutiques. La maison Héron is the largest of the gîtes. It has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower), 3 single beds on the mezzanine, 3 single beds and 6 double beds (140cm), and can therefore accommodate up to 18 people....A large kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, dining room with fireplace, large TV lounge, terrace with table, lounge and barbecue.....A 5x10 swimming pool is available for all 3 gîtes....A dozen bicycles are available...Please note that each of the houses can be rented individually as 2 gîtes for 7 pers. and one gîte for 8 to 18 ******** rented as a whole for up to 33 pers...rented by the week in summer, they can also be rented for weekends out of season.
