Apartment in the heart of Baixa-Chiado with 3 bedrooms. At just 1 minute from the ruins of Convento do
Carmo, close to famous Michelin stared restaurants and several famous bars. Walking around the area
you will see some of the most iconic buildings in Lisbon and its Pombalina construction. Close to the
Metro stations of Rossio and Baixa-Chiado. It has a big living room with lots of natural light with an open
kitchen, full bathroom, with a lovely view over downtown Lisbon and its charms.

- No loud noises from 10pm till 9am
- Smoking only allowed on windows and balcony.
- Extra Guest: 25€/night/per person
- Late check-in fee:
A late check-in or an early check-out between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 09:00 (9:00 AM) is subject to €30.00 overcharge.
-Under request we supply cribs for 25€(Each-per stay)
-We accept animals but with a fee of 50€ per stay/per animal.
