Simon is very friendly and welcoming, very talkative and attentive, and the apartment is spacious and very well located in the center of Brussels. However, the general cleanliness was below expectations: several areas were not cleaned properly, and the apartment would have deserved more careful maintenance. The elevator is also broken (not mentioned in the listing), which can be problematic with luggage. In summary, a well-located accommodation and a kind host, but the hygiene and comfort conditions really need to be improved.

I had a great time in Brussels with Simon. The appartement is perfect, right in the middle of Brussels and not far away from the gay bars. My room was confortable, everything very clean. Simon is an excellent host: I will come back for sure! Love and hugs to Simon!

Simon is a great host, friendly and welcoming. His apartment is spacious and very quiet despite being located in the center of the city. I strongly recommend staying there for your next trip to BXL ! You will feel at home, away from home !

For my first stay with misterbnb I couldn't have hoped for better. The room is located right in the city center, 5 minutes from Grand Place, so it's extremely convenient for getting around. Simon is a fantastic host, always available and attentive to his guest's needs, ready to provide advice for your visit or recommendations for places and restaurants to try. I spent 9 days with him and by the end I almost felt at home. When I return to Brussels, I know where to look for accommodation.

Excellent location, right in the city center and in the heart of the gay district. Simon is incredibly kind and helpful. Nice apartment, the only downside is that it's on the fifth floor without an elevator (broken?) and the bed is a bit narrow and slanted.

Magnificent penthouse in the center of Brussels next to everything - tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, transport.... perfect host, very flexible with check-in and check-out. Providing lots of information about what to do in the city and even sharing his time. Perfect stay at Simon's place

Simon's place was really well located in the city. Close to everything. He was really nice to me. We went to the grocery store together and we went to some bars too one night. He gave me information about cities around Brussels that I could visit too. The bed was really comfortable too.
