Comfortable private room located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building with elevator. 5-minute walk from the main train station. Private bathroom with shower and washbasin. Hand and bath towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer available. Water, coffee and tea are also available. You can also use the fridge for your groceries.

Shared toilet.

A parking space in the basement of the building is available on request. I speak French, Dutch and a little bit English. Please read the house rules.

Jean-Pierre was an amazing host! He is incredibly generous and considerate and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. His place is charming - it's tidy, quiet, and centrally located. He has an espresso machine set up for guests and even let us borrow is standing fan to help deal with the summer heat. He gave us all the privacy we wanted, but I also really enjoyed getting to know him a little bit while we were there. Highly recommend.

The property of JP looks like a hotel. It's pristine and sophisticated. The bed is super comfortable and the area is quiet. It's very near to the city center and the central station. JP is very accommodating and he always on time in replying for any inquiries. I definitely recommend him 100%.

Jean-Pierre made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until departure. Lovely apartment, spacious with lots of facilities. Warm. Clean. Quiet. Location is excellent and means you can walk to all places in the city easily. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located right in the center, ideal for discovering or rediscovering Brussels on foot without even needing the metro or tram. The very clean room is peaceful with a private bathroom. Coffee is available. Jean-Pierre is very friendly and doesn't hesitate to give good restaurant recommendations. In short, highly recommended 5/5. Maybe see you soon 😊.

Jean-Pierre's accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Brussels, making everything very accessible. The apartment is comfortable, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Jean-Pierre is a warm, available and very attentive host. I highly recommend this stay!

JP's place is in a great location — close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. JP was incredibly kind and helpful; he even came to meet me at the St. Hubert Shopping Center to help with my luggage. I really appreciated his warm welcome and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!
