A couple of minutes walk to waterfront attractions such as Te Papa National Museum, bars and restaurants. It is also 10 - 15 mins walk to Oriental bay and Mount Victoria.

Eric's apartment was very clean, spacious, quiet, modern—had everything one needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites I wanted to see. A spectacular view of city harbor was awesome to wake up to each morning and/or being on terrace at night. Eric was very nice, easy to talk to and friendly from initial intro to saying "so long". His scheduled allowed picking me up at train station and then when leaving took me to the ferry in a downpour. Truly a superb host. Also, close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back.

Eric is a great friendly host. He went above expectations offering to pick me up from the ferry terminal. Everything in his modern city apartment is as pictured and in a very central location. It's a great comfortable base from which to explore Wellington.
