The BNB is on the Parade route and 1 block from Charlie's and X bar that have two of the hugest gay pride parties of the week! There a many other gay and gay friendly bars within a 4 block radius.
You are only a few blocks from Civic Center Park where the gay pride festival will be in full swing all day Saturday and Sunday!
Your host (me) can give you the entire run down on all the parties and excitement for the gay Pride weekend!
Fun and Trendy Apartment in the perfect location!! You will love the beauty and convenience to all your Denver desires! Incredibly close to the center of Downtown, shopping, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and concert venues. One block away from the Ogden and Fillmore Theaters. Nearby are St Joseph, Presbyterian St Lukes and National Jewish Hospitals. The Apartment is close to the center of gay nightlife, bar and restaurants. With 5 gay bars within walking distance and a few less than a block away!! Dining and nightlife along 17th Street and miles of shopping on 16th Street Mall! Walking distance to all of downtown Denver! Other things to note Newly Renovated Garden level apartment. Fantastic turn of the century Denver home. The occasional creaking in the home.

16th Street Mall is a huge Denver attraction and an out door mall running miles long with bars, shops, restaurants and activities! Including a free mall ride! The apartment is in the center of the "Gayborhood" surrounded by Denver's most exciting gays bars all within walking distance. This include Charlie's, X Bar, Pride and Swagger, Blush and Blue and Hamburger Mary's. It is a short Uber/Lyft ride to Trade, Wrangler, Tracks, Gladys, R&R and Lil'Devil's. Denver has incredible parks, outdoor space and hiking trails! Perfect for all seasons!! Also fantastic Skiing and Snowboarding at the mountain resorts. Denver is famous for its incredible breweries and other recreational activities!! Several all within on the same block as the apartment! You can not stay any closer to the Ogden Theater or Fillmore Auditorium. You will not be disappointed by the location if you are planning to see a concert, show or event at either venue. We have a million other recommendations in our guidebook and happy to personally recommend tons more places!
