For security purposes, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive. The property management will keep it securely throughout your stay. We recommend using an ID that you won't need during your time here. Please note that failure to provide a valid government issued photo ID will result in denial of entry with the loss of all fees paid. You will be required to sign a copy of the visitors terms and conditions. The property is a non smoking area and you are requested not to smoke anywhere inside the building or the apartment, violation of this rule may result in you being asked to vacate the property with the loss of any remaining rental fees. Any damage to the property will be charged against your account. The unit is for the use of the individual(s) named on the booking form, overnight stays by anyone else are only permitted by prior approval. The unit is for the use of the number of people (Adults, Children, Infants) entered on the booking form. If more guests arrive than booked additional charges will apply or you may be refused entry. We reserve the right to enter the unit for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose. We reserve the right to require a person(s) already admitted to leave the property, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.
