The gîte is located in the heart of the Sidobre granite massif, in the Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc. At the crossroads of history and legend, numerous boulders have stimulated the imagination with their particular shapes and layouts: rivers of rock, balancing rocks (Peyro Clabado, Sept-Faux), Roc de l'Oie, Chapeau de Napoléon, and so on. Each rock is a discovery in the heart of the massif's magnificent forests. All these crags are within easy driving distance, and there are numerous marked hiking and mountain bike trails.
