Fisher's Peak Retreat

Staying in a MisterB&B is a great way to travel and offers a different and unique experience vs. hotel lodging. Please make sure to read the House Manual to the end. We want your stay to be the best! Water is a fairly important as we have to haul city water from town to fill the 200 gallon tank. Guests will arrive knowing a full tank is waiting for them, and one is "in the wings" if more is needed. A marked light switch in the bathroom indicates where to turn on the pump. We do not have a stove in the bungalow however, you will have use of a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and induction hot plate. Enjoy the breakfast items for the first morning only and snacks in the fridge, on us. For the rest of your stay, a quick trip to town is suggested. The designated smoking area is located on the back of the bungalow on your private "front porch". Enjoy the hammock chair or lawn chair while you light up. Butts in the can please - let's not be the ones who started the forest fire! Firewood is provided and more is located outside on the west side of the bungalow. The bungalow does have TV with Roku and lots of channels. We also have 60+ movies in the bungalow for you. There is also a REDBOX at ******** and Safeway in town. We would be glad to return your Redbox movies for you as well. Unplug from this crazy world. The bedding and towels are 100% organic cotton. Please do not take them outside. Additional blankets and pillows are located in the closet, in the bathroom. I'm sorry we can't invite your dogs for the stay. This may be negotiable if you are willing to pay a non refundable pet ********. If Fido HAS to come, we will need to chat about it in advance. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea, Colorado does have legalized, recreational marijuana. Hiking is completely at your own risk. Be careful! The trail is rocky, sandy, narrow, steep at times. Please wear hiking boots or sturdy tennis shoes. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be responsible for any injuries. You do hike at your own risk. The trail may also be closed depending on weather or wildlife activity. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. This gives us ample time to get our bungalow in tip top shape. Earlier check-ins maybe available, but please check with us first. Also, the same holds true if you are arriving after 8:00 pm. We will accommodate you the very best we can. We want your stay to be all that you hope it will be! Always a work in progress, our bungalow receives frequent upgrades. Please feel free to share your ideas!! We would love to hear them! And last but not least, please call us at any time. We want you to be at home and enjoy our beautiful property. 15 minute drive to Trinidad. The bungalow is located on 36 acres in a private, gated community. Access code for you upon reservation confirmation. P.S. We are a gated community because of uninvited guests: ATVer's, poachers, and teenagers with 12-packs leaving behind garbage. I assure you, each one of my neighbors has at least 35 acres. You will enjoy privacy here! Yes, we have wi-fi.
