This exquisite home has everything you need: panoramic views of the city, the bay and the mountains. 3 large sun terraces, solar heated private pool, outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people, gourmet kitchen, air conditioning throughout the house, covered garage.

Kitchen with breakfast bar: Fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, purified water, refrigerator with purified cold water and automatic ice maker, dishwasher, complete equipment.

Dining room: comfortably seats 6 to 8 people.

Oversized terraces: With a variety of tables, chairs and lounge chairs for outdoor living, some with sun and rain protection.

Living area: Total comfort on large sofas, 55" flat screen TV, English channels, wireless phone for unlimited free national and international calls (some restrictions). The whole house has WiFi with 130 Mbs.

Lounge suite: Overlooking the pool and the city. The 2 sofas can be converted into 2 double beds.

All three bedrooms: floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay and town, full baths, master bedroom with double shower and walk in closet. All 3 bedrooms have a 32" TV with some English channels.

Garage: Indoor parking with remote control.

Laundry room: Samsung front loading washer/dryer combo.
