A 5 minute ride to one of the world’s #1 rated beaches—the white sands of Siesta Key or cosmopolitan St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Key. In the other direction, just 15 minutes is University Town Center and Mall, where every store and restaurant you could ever think of is available for your entertainment.

Check-in/out: Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Pet Fee: $100/Month/Stay due upon arrival. Housekeeping: We provide all the necessary for your stay (linens, towels, hangers, etc.). No daily housekeeping service is provided. Rules: Let us know of any special request (like traveling with a service dog) prior to booking. NO smoking inside the house. In occasions, and for reasons beyond our control, we might need to transfer reservations from initially assigned house to another similar one. At checkout please leave key in the lock box (lock box combination provided in instruction inside the unit) If key will be not in the lock box, charge of $35.00 will apply. We are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of guests, or for any accident, injuries or illness that may occur while in our premises. We encourage our guests to purchase traveler's insurance. When renting from us, guests are accepting these rules. internet are provided at no additional fee. Because service, downtime, bad signals, etc, are completely out of control, we cannot ******** service. No refunds will be given due to internet service issues
