Private room with en suite bathroom - PALAZZO CUTELLI

Had a fantastic stay. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo. Wonderful welcome from our hosts. Everything is carefully thought about for guests and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and we will absolutely stay again on our next visit to Palermo. Thanks again for being perfect hosts.

First time using this site but delighted with our room. Exceptionally clean and neat bathroom adjoining room. Satisfying breakfast, simple but good. We had the room on same level as our hosts so super quiet with good air-conditioning. Allessio is happy to chat and provide city info and vincenzo is the on site masseur and excellent at a bargain of €50 for 60 minutes. All in all a super place to stay, central for sight seeing and 5 mins to Exit for drinks.

Alessio & Vincenzo have created a little oasis in a great location close to transport links direct from the airport, with all the historical sites within walking distance. Alessio is a generous, caring host. He looked after all the guests so well, especially during breakfast. Breakfast is a very good spread. He always kept in touch and provided me lots of tips on what to see, where to go and restaurant recommendations too. Grazie mille Alessio for making my first Sicilian experience memorable. And I also highly recommend a massage with Vincenzo.

Responsive and friendly host. Did not need much help but I know I would have been taken care of if I need anything. Spotless clean, comfortable and central location. Very easy to get from/to the airport by train. I fully recommend the stay - thank you!

I had a wonderful stay in Palermo, where I spent two nights at Alessio's place. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Exactly what I needed to rest after my days of walking. The location was ideal, a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, perfectly positioned to explore the city center on foot. I really appreciated being able to do everything easily without stress. A big thank you to Alessio for his communication before my arrival, as well as for his warm and attentive welcome. When traveling solo, it really makes a difference to feel immediately welcome and confident. I have an excellent memory of this stay and I will return with great pleasure.

Great host! The room is big and having your own bathroom is great. Very well connected to the airport and to the historial centre of Palermo.

I had a wonderful experience staying with Alessio. I felt that this place is even better than hotels because it is more spacious and at the same time, I had my privacy having to stay in a separate unit which is opposite Alessio's unit. He provided clear instructions on how to get to his place. Best and most unexpected thing was he even tidied up my room everyday. I highly recommend staying here and if I came back, will definitely stay here again

Super room (Sahara) close to Palermo's city center, very comfortable accommodation. We spent 4 nights there, our hosts are lovely, excellent breakfast, ideal for chatting a bit with them. Safe place in Sicily, it feels good, being able to live in complete freedom, thank you Alessio for taking care of us throughout our stay. Little bonus, the Exit gay bar right next door.
