Vincenzo and Alessio welcome you to this cozy apartment in the heart of Palermo, in the popular Zisa neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the city’s artistic and architectural treasures (Teatro Massimo, Piazza Politeama, the Cathedral), many of which are part of UNESCO’s Arab-Norman itinerary, as well as the historic Capo Market. We are the ideal starting point for exploring and fully enjoying the sights, scents, and flavors of Italy’s most Middle Eastern and welcoming city.

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: 3 beds (two double beds and one single bed, divided between two bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a TV with streaming services already set up... and we live in the apartment on the floor above!

Alessio and Vincenzo are great hosts! Very quick response times, friendly, and hospitable. The images are accurate, location is great if you don't mind a bit of walking, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Alessio is very kind and attentive. He waited for me late at night after my flight was delayed and was always available and helpful during my stay. I stayed in the first-floor apartment, which was clean and well maintained. The building is charming and perfectly located. I highly recommend it when visiting Palermo.

Alessio and Vincenzo were very helpful with me, as traveling for work, I sometimes have needs different from those of a tourist. The house is welcoming, in an optimal position to get around Palermo! Nice the feeling of immediately feeling at home!

Lovely B&B. 10 minutes walk to Teattro Massimo (city centre) and in an area that feels safe. Room and bathroom very nice. Whole place very clean and breakfast was great. Alessio & Vincenzo are nice, welcoming people who give you space but are there when you need them. Would recommend!

My experience at Palazzo Cutelli was perfect in every way. The room where I stayed (alone) was very spacious and furnished with simplicity and taste, and had numerous amenities (flat-screen TV, walk-in wardrobe, towels, etc). Not to mention the strategic location, which allows you to reach the Teatro Massimo and Piazza Politeama in just a few minutes on foot. The managers, Alessio and Vincenzo, are absolutely nice and helpful guys that I had the pleasure of getting to know better during breakfast (always abundant and delicious). In summary, in terms of quality-to-price ratio, you will hardly find a better place to stay in Palermo.
