shared apartment in the center of Palermo

I would highly recommend Fabio's place for a stay in Palermo. Hes a very lovely host and always answered whenever i had a question and was always happy to give me tips when needed. The place is quiet, clean, perfect for 1 or 2, and very pretty ( i felt very happy he accepted my request to rent out his place ). It's a little out of the city center - but easily accessible by foot or bus ) which i was very happy : his neighborhood is quiet ( the city center gets very busy and loud at night and especially on weekends ) . I felt so comfortable at Fabio's that i didn't want to leave and return to my house! Ahahah! A huge thank you Fabio! If i come to palermo again i will definitely ask if your apartment is available as i will happily come back!

I stayed for 3 nights and we didn't meet except to hand over the keys – it's really a shame. I didn't fully understand the concept of co-living, which is actually a 2-room apartment that you rent entirely where you are independent, self-sufficient, and in my case alone. This apartment is very pleasant, clean, and well-equipped. Before my arrival and during my stay, Fabio always responded quickly and pleasantly to my requests and questions. I'm ready to come back.

I stayed 5 days in Fabio's apartment and it has really been the best decision I've made. The apartment is beautiful and well-located. It has a bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Fabio has been an excellent host, extremely understanding, and also gave me lots of local tips. In addition to being a very kind and respectful person. I loved every single day I spent staying in that place. I really didn't want to leave.

Fabio is a great host and you feel comfortable right away, just like at home - so it's highly recommended!

You won't find better in Palermo! Ideal location, spacious private area and very comfortable with cooking facilities, coffee machine and fridge. Warm and reliable welcome, you feel right at home. Fabio is very attentive to help us and ensures our well-being during the stay.

Very pleasant experience. Fabio is a super helpful guy who makes you feel at home right away. He is always available for any need and also for any inconvenience. The house is much nicer in person.
