We loved our time in Palermo and will certainly come back. The apartment was nicely done, cozy, and at a great location. Very welcoming on arrival with lots of attention to detail. Uncomplicated handover and great communication throughout making sure we were fine and that we found our way in the city.

Massimo is in love with Palermo and knows how to share this love with his guests. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with all the necessities and, above all, located in the very heart of the city. our experience was a happy one

Love flat tucked away in a quiet street in the heart of the historic center. Very modern, very comfortable. We loved the tiny balcony looking out over the cobbled alleyway. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Things to know: this is not a place to rent if you have a car. The streets are narrow, many are one-way and are not the direction listed in ******** Maps, and parking is challenging. We left our car at a friend's place. But you'll have no trouble finding it on foot! If you are American, you need to think of this apartment through Old World eyes. There is no a/c, and it is smack dab in the center of a medieval capitol. So it is compact and efficient. If you're looking for space and air conditioning, you'll either pay much more, or be farther from the center. We loved the place and would book it again!

Our stay in Palermo was relaxing. Was a pleasure meeting Massimo and his children. He is very passionate about his city and history with some very helpful advice. Massimo s unit was very clean and comfortable. Every thing you need was in the Unit including wifi. Easy to find located in the center of the old part of Palermo. Close to many restaurants, bars and eateries. Airport and beach bus an easy 20 minute walk away. Will stay there again without doubt.

Everything was perfect. Close to the cathedral and the two main streets Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda. Via del Celso is a small and therefor quiet street that runs parallel to Via Vittorio Emanuele. The apartment is well equipped and and in good condition.

Really nice apartment equipped with all comforts. From a strategic point of view, it is located in the historic center where you can reach on foot all the most important monuments of the city. Impeccable hospitality in every respect, from the typical liqueur to the explanation of the various tourist itineraries.

This location couldn't be better for visiting Palermo! The location it's great whitin walking distance to the main attractions. The host Massimo was so welcoming, polite and charming. His recommendations regarding restaurants, bars, transports and museums were extremely helpful. The flat is beautifully presented confortable and clean. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment.

Great location, easy handling of check in, friendly host, plenty of room for one person, though very tight bathroom!
