We’re relaxed, open minded guys and are happy to share our home. However, a few points for guests to note. No smoking, drug use or overnight guests. Guests who are intoxicated, use drugs or otherwise do not respect our house rules, will be asked to leave.
We give preference to guests who have reviews from other hosts.
Ours is a quiet home, so no loud noise, please.
No pets.
Our apartment is on the third floor and is not wheelchair accessible. There is no lift, given that ours is an historic building. Guests should be fairly fit and able to climb three flights of stairs Carrying heavy luggage may be a challenge. Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes in the apartment.
