Luxury city centre apartment with loads of character. Our home was a 19th century warehouse, now converted into apartments.

We're in the centre of the city, close to good restaurants, shopping, pubs, theatres and many of the city's historical sites.

Nottingham is a very gay friendly city with several gay/gay friendly pubs and gyms.

Clothing optional is fine when hosts and guest are comfortable.

We’re friendly gay guys and have been together for many years. We are great travellers, love meeting people, and experiencing different cultures. We have homes in Vancouver and Nottingham, England and enjoy welcoming gay guests. We are social drinkers, non smokers, open minded and our home may be clothing optional if agreeable to all. We are fully vaccinated and practice strict cleaning protocols. Guests are required to be fully vaccinated.

Nearby Attractions

Trendy shopping, including a large Paul Smith store, Flannels and a major shopping mall are a few minutes walk away.

The Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse and Nottingham Concert Hall are also a few minutes away.

Nottingham Castle and Art Gallery, the Contemporary Art Gallery, Museum of Justice and numerous private galleries are close to us. Trendy, historic Lace Market with many preserved Victorian buildings is about ten minutes walk.

Nottingham Trent University and Business School is close by and the University of Nottingham, Medical School, Business School and Science Parks are ten minute tram ride away. (The tram stop is at the end of the street).

Castle Marina and NG2 business parks are close by.

We are surrounded by great restaurants and good parks for walking. There are numerous gyms in the area and Nottingham has some great pubs, including some gay and gay friendly ones.

With a large student population, Nottingham is a very vibrant city.

We are ten minutes walk from the train station and thirty minutes by regular bus service from East Midlands Airport.

We’re relaxed, open minded guys and are happy to share our home. However, a few points for guests to note. No smoking, drug use or overnight guests. Guests who are intoxicated, use drugs or otherwise do not respect our house rules, will be asked to leave. We give preference to guests who have reviews from other hosts. Ours is a quiet home, so no loud noise, please. No pets. Our apartment is on the third floor and is not wheelchair accessible. There is no lift, given that ours is an historic building. Guests should be fairly fit and able to climb three flights of stairs Carrying heavy luggage may be a challenge. Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes in the apartment.

The apartment is in a great central location in Nottingham, and easy to find. Chris gave clear instructions in advance. The appartement was clean and tidy. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and had a great shower. Chris was very hospitable, and always had tea on offer. Had a good chat over a glass of wine. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Ron is a fabulous host. He met me at the train station and we easily walked to his building. Only downside: 3 flights of stairs, and I have a large heavy suitcase. Comfortable room, own bath, quiet building. Ron is full of good suggestions and is knowledgeable well beyond Nottingham. Would definitely return (with less luggage) on a return.
