A wonderful home with all the facilities you could need. Easy to walk into town and Darryl was wonderful- very attentive with clear communication! Thank you!!

Darryl is a faultless host, very charming and provided my partner and me with all sorts of useful information that made for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble and he was responsive to all our communications. Our one regret was that we didn't see enough of him. The room was quiet & modest size and perfect for our needs. it's a beautiful apartment that overlooks green spaces. it's ideally situated for travelling into Nottingham by bus or walking. Bathroom, Kitchen & living area spacious.

Darryl was the perfect host. His work plans unfortunately changed the day of my visit and he was unfortunately not able to meet me on arrival. However, his communication and the detail he provided to get me set up was fantastic. I was parked and in the apartment in no time at all. I met Darryl later that night, he was warm, welcoming and very friendly. Really made me feel at ease and at home. His home is just that, a home, and I had a restful nights sleep and a good stay! Thanks Darryl!

The place feels like home. Because of my late arrival I missed Daryl, but his excellent communication made my arrival easy after a long airplane and train journey. A nearby grocery store made it easy to just chill out and enjoy my own private home.

Darryl gave detailed instructions in advance and had checked there were parking spaces for my arrival. He welcomed me to the room, which was spotless, and offered a hot drink. The room had a comfortable bed and a work desk, which was helpful. Darryl was chatty and friendly, and supplied a hot drink and a pastry in the morning - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will stay again when in the area!

Fantastic stay close to Nottingham City centre in a great location. Room was clean and tidy and the host was very welcoming and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Darryl was a great host, everything was in place and worked well for my arrival. When we met, we have an interesting and enjoyable chat about our common interests of food, wine and travel. The flat is very confortable and well located near to the city centre and a number of places to eat.
