Full use of kitchen, dining and living room. Includes use of washing machine and dryer, wifi, plus a balcony for smokers. This is a 12 minute walk from a well known gay pub in the city - 15min walk to city centre - or a few mins on the bus!

Forest fields is literally across the road if you like greens for running, walking etc. Also walking distance from the city centre (or buses going past every 2 minutes in the day). Once in the city centre you must visit the oldest pub in England - Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem. Nearby is also Nottingham castle where you must have your photo taken with the famous Robin Hood statue.

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm due to other residents in other apartments. No guests unless you arrive with them at check in. No smoking in the apartment - you can however smoke on the balcony which you can get to via the dining room. No pets Please note i have 2 wifi cctv camera's. One in hallway pointing at the front door and one in the living room of my apartment, which shows both living room and dining room on camera.

Darryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He is one of those rare hosts who makes you feel welcome immediately. Communication was perfect, he was incredibly helpful, and he even took the time to show me around town and make sure I got to know the area. What really stood out was how friendly, genuine and welcoming he was. By the end of my stay, it honestly felt less like staying with a host and more like staying with a friend. I would 100% recommend Darryl to anyone looking for a fantastic host. You may arrive as a guest, but you could easily leave with a lifetime friend! Thank you for everything, Darryl — hope to see you again soon!

Darryl is a faultless host, very charming and provided my partner and me with all sorts of useful information that made for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble and he was responsive to all our communications. Our one regret was that we didn't see enough of him. The room was quiet & modest size and perfect for our needs. it's a beautiful apartment that overlooks green spaces. it's ideally situated for travelling into Nottingham by bus or walking. Bathroom, Kitchen & living area spacious.

Darryl was the perfect host. His work plans unfortunately changed the day of my visit and he was unfortunately not able to meet me on arrival. However, his communication and the detail he provided to get me set up was fantastic. I was parked and in the apartment in no time at all. I met Darryl later that night, he was warm, welcoming and very friendly. Really made me feel at ease and at home. His home is just that, a home, and I had a restful nights sleep and a good stay! Thanks Darryl!

The place feels like home. Because of my late arrival I missed Daryl, but his excellent communication made my arrival easy after a long airplane and train journey. A nearby grocery store made it easy to just chill out and enjoy my own private home.

Darryl gave detailed instructions in advance and had checked there were parking spaces for my arrival. He welcomed me to the room, which was spotless, and offered a hot drink. The room had a comfortable bed and a work desk, which was helpful. Darryl was chatty and friendly, and supplied a hot drink and a pastry in the morning - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will stay again when in the area!
