I have a spare room in my large clean apartment
Full use of kitchen, dining and living room. Includes use of washing machine and dryer, wifi, plus a balcony for smokers. This is a 12 minute walk from a well known gay pub in the city - 15min walk to city centre - or a few mins on the bus!
My boyfriend stays over a few nights a week so don't be alarmed if you see someone else in my home. He has his own key.

Forest fields is literally across the road if you like greens for running, walking etc. Also walking distance from the city centre (or buses going past every 2 minutes in the day). Once in the city centre you must visit the oldest pub in England - Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem. Nearby is also Nottingham castle where you must have your photo taken with the famous Robin Hood statue.

No guests unless you arrive with them at check in.
No smoking in the apartment - you can however smoke on the balcony which you can get to via the dining room.
No pets
Please note i have 2 wifi cctv camera's. One in hallway pointing at the front door and one in the living room of my apartment, which shows both living room and dining room on camera.
