Guests should not use the unit to alter the peace and quiet of this building or other owners, excessive noise is not tolerated of 10:00pm to 9:00am. ** Check in is at 3pm. If you arrived later than 3pm, you need to set a check in time with us in order to give you access to the property. After setting a time, we will wait max 1 hour, if there is no previous notice of a delay, 20usd will be charged. ** Check in after 9pm have an extra cost of $25usd
