The Reveal
Beautiful loft apartment (entire place) is for short-term rent in Shanghai. It's newly furnished with MUJI and IKEA furnitures, with amenities from JWM (JW Marriott) including soap, shampoo and sheets. 1 minute walk to Metro (Line 1/12/13) available at Hanzhong Lu Station, walking distance to West Nanjing Rd, 1-2 Stops from Xin Tian Di, South Shanxi Rd., People Square. Location is definitely at the heart of the city. Downstairs are shopping malls and many choices of restaurants.
The Space Since it's a loft there's one bed on the second floor, however there is a sofa bed downstairs and a Japanese style Tatami/Futon near the window. Guests can choose to stay at either one of the beds as they are all quite comfy.
The neighborhood Neighborhood is fabulous with 5-star hotels (Intercontinental) nearby and big shopping mall downstairs. Also walking distance to the metro and many of the city spots such as West Nanjing Rd., People Square, Xintiandi... You can also choose to take a walk or a bike ride along the Suzhou Creek behind the building to enjoy the water.

Hello my name is Jerry and I work in technology, also teach yoga by the side. Grew up in US, China and Japan, I speak Mandarin, English and Japanese.
I travel very frequently for work so I have decided to rent out my apartments to good travelers with a reasonable price. So far I have listings in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Bangkok and San Francisco.
Convenience is my top priority when selecting places myself, thus all my places are located in the heart of the city center with very easy access to train or any available public transportations. You would also expect luxury amenities from 5 star hotels (which I collected from my travels :) including soaps, shampoo, bathrobes, towels... There are coffee, tea, water and midnight snacks available in the room too. Also I greet all my guests in person and offer as many local tips as I can.
A city is made up of the people living inside, thus I want my guests to enjoy not just the scenarios but also good hospitality and warm welcome from local people.

Really good value for money. I recommend this place mainly due to the place itself and the location. The check-in should be optimised and the place needs a bit of more cleaning and preparation, but it was good enough so I would stay again for the same price for sure. Thanks Jerry!
