Superb 50m2 apartment on the second floor, facing south-east. An entrance hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. This corridor leads to the large living and sleeping area. A beautiful room of over 20m2 offers comfort, light and authenticity. This same room is deserted by the glass roof overlooking the city, offering a breathtaking panorama.
