So we've identified the things that are REALLY important to us so please read them and be respectful of our needs so we can be great hosts for you. **House Rules** * Preparation, being Mindful * To help you prepare, here are a few tips to help enhance your experience with us. ******** * Communication * Should you have any questions regarding your booking please just drop us a message, we will try to respond within 24 hours, mostly it is within an hour. This is important to keep in mind when travelling to our place, for example from the airport. Prior to arrival you will receive a message with instructions how to access the property (entry code) * Pets* As a dog owner myself I know how difficult it is to find places that will allow me to bring my pet with me. So we are happy for you to bring your dog with you providing it will not cause damage or disturbance for neighbours (not be left on it’s own and make noise). Pets are subject to additional charge of €7 per night * Plan Your Arrival * Please kindly message us when you about to board a transport from the airport or are c. 30 mins away to ensure the place is ready; * Check - In and Identification * Read below for some guidelines to help you have a smooth check-in. ******** Prior to arrival you may be asked for copy of your ID: Passport, ID etc. Please be ensured we dispose those information after trip is over. The only acceptable form of identification is an official government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, that meets all of the requirements above. Student ID cards are not valid forms of ******** you can't comply with our request we won't be able to accommodate your stay and proceed with the check in. Please mind that we give away keys to the property. As for our experience ID check is the most reliable way to build trust. You might consider full authentication of your profile with valid ID: ******** * Make Yourself at Home - Guest Access * You will be given the instructions and codes for the property prior to arrival; TOWELS BLANKETS/BEDDING The above will be provided for all confirmed guests. Please note they cannot be removed from the property or used on the beach. *OVERNIGHT GUESTS*: All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. *ENTERTAINING* No guests or noise after 10PM; * SMOKING POLICY * No smoking is allowed inside the House at any time. Smoking is however allowed on the balconies. * Kitchen Use * You are welcome to use everything the kitchen has to offer; We would kindly ask that you wash the dishes and utensils before leaving. * Checkout / Departure * ⦁ Checkout is 10:00 – In case you were looking for a flexible check in/out times. I’m afraid it is very difficult for us to be flexible in allowing early check ins and late check outs. So I’d appreciate if you could factor this in when planning your travel; ⦁ Please wash the dishes used and leave the sink empty ⦁ Check the bathroom for your toiletries ⦁ Check the refrigerator for your food ⦁ If rubbish is left in the house in a hot weather this will quickly develop smell and attract flies so I would be very grateful if you could take the rubbish on your way out. The building bins are near the entrance (silver containers) Before leaving please leave all the keys on the dining table and make sure to shut the door behind you.
