Max was a wonderful host, and the room was just as described. We were able to borrow a wine opener and a couple glasses for a bottle we brought home from the Douro Valley. One note: We were in room 2, which was fine, but Room 1 seems to be just a bit larger, so if it's available, you may want to book that one. A great and memorable stay though. Thanks!

Nice, comfortable room in a great location for walking in all directions. The gay bar downstairs was good for a last beer before going up. Communication with host was easy.

A perfect, cozy bedroom for one. Walked everywhere from this place to all the touristy spots. Very close to all the night life if you are into it. The host is very helpful before and during the stay with any questions you may have. Would definitely think to stay here again during my next trip to Lisboa.

Principe Real is a great location near everything, from restaurants and bars to great historic places to visit. Massimiliano and Luiz are great hosts and very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay on my next visit to Portugal. Thank you Massimiliano and Luis.

Massimiliano has everything very well organized, everything very clean, quiet and prepared so you feel like you're in a hotel. It's in the LGBTQ area of Lisbon and you have bars 10 meters away. The host is very pleasant and makes your arrival hassle-free. A good place to stay in the city.

I stay at Massimiliano's place for a few days. It was a great location with some nice cafes close by. There are also a few nice gay bars within the block. The room was very nice and comfortable. I hope to return next year. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Location is perfect, next to beautiful Praca das Flores and couple of minutes from Bairro Alto. Room was great, exactly as described in ad. Recommended and would stay there again.
