Enjoy a private, simple but clean and comfortable room in one of the best neighborhoods of Lisbon. Renovated in 2024, the apartment is on the first floor in a classic, beautifully tiled, building. 8 minutes walking to multiple gay bars and clubs, and 2 minutes from multiple brunch spots.

The room is furnished with a 140x200 bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and desk chair, extra chair. This room has a private balcony. Fresh linens and towels included.

The flat has 4 bedrooms/2 baths, and is equipped with high-speed fiber internet, hairdryer, a clothes washer & dryer, standard sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, fully equipped kitchen. Rooms are rented individually and the two bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

Visitors: Outside visitors are allowed during a guest’s stay, but please be considerate and limit outside guests to one at a time. Overnight stays are prohibited. Please do not eat food or use products that are not yours without asking. Security & Keys: Upon check-out, you will be met to hand-over the keys. In case I'm late, you can leave them on the desk in the bedroom. Household Etiquette: I ask that you please leave things as you found them. If you notice something broken, please let me know ASAP. We felt very comfortable in this well-equipped apartment in a great location to visit Lisbon and soak in the atmosphere of Bairro Alto. Our room overlooked a very busy street so it was inevitably a bit noisy. This apartment is well-suited for young people who are more oriented towards going out. Luca is a charming host who took the time to advise us, make us feel comfortable, and answer our questions.

The check in was very successful! His friend waited and helped me check in. The place is close to different places of interest. You can take the line 28E downstairs. Luca is very welcome and we had nice chat just before I left the apartment! He also recommended me several restaurants and brunch places! I will definitely go back!

My experience in this room in the center of Lisbon was amazing. Its pretty near to the best gay bars and clubs in bairro alto and príncipe real. The bed is so big and confortable! The landlord Luca is very friendly and helpful, dont hesitate to ask him about gay karaoke nights on friday, parties on saturdays and how to go to beach 19 on sundays. He knows every good cafés and restaurants with typical portugueses food or internacional food in the area. For sure ill repeat in the future in this flat!

I am happy for my visit to Lisbon and Luca, as host, has been one of the great surprises of my trip. Thanks to him I have been able to open a door to new venues, environments, nightclubs and other extras in the city. He is an international man, with important care of the details of your stay and is always aware of your day to day life. Luca is one of those people who inspires you with good things in life and always gives you confidence. A good discovery, yes! Sharing time with him at dinner is something wonderful. By the way, the location of the house is perfect to make the most of it with all the clubs very close. I will repeat, for sure. Everything was perfect.
