The Reveal
Secluded 4 bedroom house in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Just 25 miles from Breckenridge, 15 miles from the nearest Colorado 14er, and less than an hour from Browns Canyon National Monument, one of the best sections of whitewater in the country. The property is ideal for families looking for a little excitement or relaxation for both summer and winter outings. It is about a 1 3/4 hour drive from the Denver metro area. The open floor plan, hot tub and fire pit are great for meeting with old and new friends alike. Sleeps up to 18 people and has the kitchen and amenities to accommodate groups small and large.

While the house is situated in a secluded subdivision in the Rocky Mountains it isn't far to great towns with thriving scenes. Breckenridge would be the closest and one of my favorite mountain towns here in Colorado. There are great bars who are open to everyone, amazing restaurants, non stop city wide events, activities and just a great city center.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM Self check-in with lockbox -Smoking is only allowed outside and all butts must be disposed of properly only if there is no fire ban in affect banning it. Can check current fire bans at (Website hidden by ********) $25 fee for lost/missing key. $25 fee for not closing/locking gate after rental. $50 fee for not turning on alarm and locking doors upon leaving. $250 fine for smoking/vaping in the house. $350 fee for leaving hot tub open/getting in hot tub without showering first/anything left in hot tub that doesn't belong/removing the scum ball or bromine floater/for each nob or jet broken off $200 fine for unplugging/changing the stereo/TV set-up and/or cords. The stereo and TV are set up correctly already so please do not mess with it. $100 fee for trash left outside, including cigarette butts around hot tub, etc. $500 fee for building fire outdoors outside of fire pit (yes, people have really done this). Forest fires are a real danger here.
