Awesome 2 bedroom villa in perfect location a few minutes walk from Seminyak shops and beach. Both bedrooms have aircon and ensuites. Villa has cable tv and free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals. 4 mins walk to the gay bars and shops

The garden is nice with grass area to chill and relax or kids to play. Most villas in Seminyak these days have no garden area but not villa hibiscus.

There is a housekeeper that comes everyday except Sunday to clean the villa and there is an English speaking manager on-call 24/7

The location couldn't be better. Located at the quiet end of the gay bar street 5 mins walk to bars, 2 mins walk behind Warung Ocha / Jalan Seminyak, 5 mins from Bintang supermarket and less than 10 mins walk to the beach.

To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, this property is clothing optional when no staff are present. If you prefer complete privacy, you may request that no staff enter the property during your stay.

What a fantastic little gem hiding down a quiet lane but a 10 min. walk to all the action. Check-in was easy. The housekeeper delightful and the manager easy to ********. The decor is funky and fun (I opted to stay in the Flamingo room). If you wanted to cook it's all there, but when your steps away from great restaurants... you get the picture. Strongly recommend.

Just wooooowww! What an amazing place! Beautifuly decorated, didnt miss a thing. All very comfortable and the pool is just so nice to cool down after a long hot day! It's in a quiet area, the bed was great, so you'll be sure to sleep well. Staff was very professional, warm and welcoming and explained all the need to knows. Contact with manager/owner was so easy. They responded fast and accurate. All in all, must say that i've stayed in lots of places around the world, but this sure is in my top 3! :-)

What can I say but wow. The minute we walked through the outer doors of Funky Villa we felt totally at home in this private oasis. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and the attached bathrooms are bright and colourful. A great open kitchen, lounge, dining and relaxing area and a wonderful pool. The villa was cleaned daily except Sunday and the pool a couple of times a week. Plenty of great little Warungs near by and close to all the action. Bintang Supermarket is just a short walk away through some fabulous gangs. Loved exploring the area. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. You wouldn't know they were there as they went about their daily chores. Communication with Brad was fast and efficient. Would I come back ... definitely yes. Thank you Brad for allowing us the use of your great little villa

Funky is the best description for this Villa! Pictures are totally accurate but do not reflect the good vibes you also get there. Good size pool, Nice little garden, safe neighbourhood and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only remarks: some lights should be changed for a warmer color... was a bit to white to us. Also the thatch roof is leaking a bit when raining, especially on the table. Other than that, we had a perfect stay! Clean place and very nice people! Thanks
