Awesome brand new (June 2019) Seminyak loft villa with perfect location just a few mins to the center of Seminyak. Great cafes and spa's around. Private pool. Fast wifi. Aircon. Part time housekeeper and pool cleaner. This is a private villa not sharing. Easy access to the gay bars and beach. I live local and happy to answer any questions.

We had a great, relaxing stay in Bali, with everything at our fingertips. Bottled water in the kitchen, mosquito spray/coils, towels, a pleasant housekeeper either daily or less frequently and great recommendations from BJ for clubs and restaurants (the Milk & Madu nearby became our favourite (their Cinnamon French toast is the best I've ever eaten). Wild Habit Pizza was also excellent. Thanks again.

Nice size apt in good location. Its a pitty the WIFI was so bad that i cannot stay here next time.

I felt very comfortable in the small villa. Nice little pool, very quiet location, but you can still reach the hustle and bustle in just a few minutes by scooter.
