La zona es la mas bella y tranquila de Miami Beach, muy central con todo lo que sirve a disposicion muy cerca: playa, supermercados, paradas de buses por todos los destinos, discotecas, parques, piscina publica, depositos de alquiler de bicicletas y scooters, cines-teatres, gimnasios, bancos, centros comerciales, etc...
Tengo dos habitaciones para alquilar en mi apartamento que es grande.
Todas las utilidades estan disponibles. Mis huespedes llegan como desconocidos y se van como buenos amigos por mi agradable trato en atenderlos en cada momento, de dia y de noche. Soy un artista (cantante, compositor de canciones romanticas, actor, pintor, profesor y tambien un buen cocinero italiano, modestamente). Para los huespedes que me lo piden cocino mis platos italianos: ellos se chiupan los dedos, (modestamente!).
Los fumadores pueden salir en la hermosa terraza entre el jardin topical para fumar.

La playa de Ocean Drive esta a 5 cuadras de distancia. La visita en bus en la zona de Miami Down Town tiene otras grandes atraciones tipo la "Arena air lines" donde tienen lugares los conciertos de cantantes y musicos famosos, manifestaciones de deporte, meetings importantes con miles de personas, etc... El Mall sul mar de Bay Side, es otra fantastica actracion. Hay muchas mas actraciones: seria muy larga la descricion para todas.

-PRIVATE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED WITH DRUNKEN PEOPLE WHO CAUSE NOISE IN THE ROOM DISTURBING THE OTHER GUESTS AND/OR THE NEIGHBORS.
-no visits from people who are not part of the reservation are allowed unless permitted by the host but only for a few minutes.
-extra visitors are not allowed to use showers, beds, etc....
-smoking is allowed on the patios and in the garden but not in the apartments.
-whoever smokes marijuana must do it in the street, away from the house.
-respect the environment to be respected!
-bad behavior leads to removal from the house without refund of money.
-The thermostat of the air conditioner must be set not to less than 77 degrees.
77 degrees. If someone suffers from heat you should talk to the host to see how to solve the problem.
-When you are away from the apartment for long hours, it is necessary to turn off all the light bulbs
