Lovely apartment, recently renovated, with 3 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom.
Each room has a different theme, antiques and modern pieces surround you.
And two very large terraces where often together with us and other guests you can enjoy a good glass of wine in complete' freedom .
A 15-minute bus ride from the gay alberoni beach and a 5-minute walk from the International Film Festival.
Only 10 minutes by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square!!!

And with only 15 minutes by bus you get to the Alberoni naturist beach, where in the dune area nudism is practiced and the nearby kiosk creates very fun evenings together with locals not only gay and for that even more interesting!!!
