XXL play room in Neuköll....:)if im not there entire Apartment...

Location and space was nice enough but, without elaborating, feel that there is reason for caution with this listing due to who might have access to the bedroom space and what those people might choose to walk off with (among other concerns).

very friendly host who is a bit confused, heavy smoker, mostly in the buff ( which I love) apartment was in disarray when I arrived in the evening, He obviously did not expect me, no breakfast the first day, then sumptuous for the next 3 days, my schedule was a bit complicated which he did not quite grasp so that he tried to charge me for 2 days when I was scheduled to be away, but then he came around and did not insist on it once he slept over it and reviewed our e-mails So I ended up with mixed feelings about my stay...

I enjoyed my stay at 18 Kopfstrasse, 12053 Berlin, Germany very much. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out the property host Lucio was welcoming, kind and helpful while allowing me to maintain independence I required for my work. Lucio's endearing personality brought smiles and much laughter, adding to the pleasantness of the experience. Within walking distance of all my personal needs, I found the property to be centrally located all within a neighborhood that represented the overall cultural diversity of Berlin. I would most definitely recommend to others seeking a pleasant rental experience in the amazing city of Berlin

I did not know where in Berlin to look for a room close to the night life. This room was about 30 minutes by bus or taxi to the gayborhood. The room was private, with common areas shared with a very accommodating host.

This room was beautiful, clean and large. Very nice place to stay and awesome location. Lucio is a charming, generous host. He made me breakfast, we hung out, it was tons of fun and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Catastrophe! The host receives us in a clearly intoxicated state and touched us inappropriately upon arrival. There is no private bathroom—the bathroom is dirty, the actual room is equally filthy, and the so-called "playroom" is just a sling and a few toys, barely cleaned. We were also overcharged €50. After 2 hours (quiet music was playing, we went to sleep), we were simply thrown out at 2 AM by the host, who knocked loudly screaming at the door—reason: we don't match his current vibes?! He currently doesn't want anyone here. So he gives us exactly 10 minutes to leave his house. I have never experienced anything like this and expect both a refund for the night and compensation for the subsequent costs of finding a hotel in Berlin at 2 AM from the platform and the host. What happened here clearly violates the terms of service. We advise everyone against going to this apartment. We felt a threatening atmosphere.
